The township aspires to combine the
fundamentals of an ‘active living’ concept
with a ‘Smart City’ design to offer the
advantages of various urban densities in a
livable environment.

Together, the final design combines the
urban form, experience and energy of
city-elements such as access to public
transportation, entertainment, sports
venues, smart cards connected to an IoT
based network system and education with
natural open spaces, pedestrian-friendly
roadways, and the latest communication
and smart-living technologies of today. The
city is built around an ‘integrated green
network’ connection ecosystems and people
to various parts.
