While Hinjewadi was known as an IT hub for working professionals and young start-ups, it lacked the presence of a lifestyle
cum F&B destination that would cater to the young generation crowd. We initiated the design by investigating co-existing
relationships between real estate development and F&B business modules. Some of the keywords that we were looking for

development trends. They’re all part of a search for a more humane lifestyle, for human-scale environments. Quality of life
issues have become inextricably linked to real estate development fashions. But there’s another thread that connects all
these trends : CHOICE.

Process
Streets
Designed the streets predicting route by which people will flow out of the building has been mapped, to ensure an unimpeded path for their movement.
Plaza & overlooking decks
Encourages social interactions through its amenities with a view of the landscape and connecting visitors to other building facilities.

The 3 lantern volumes create an identity and are connected through a series of streets on each level. As you walk through the blocks, one is exposed to interesting urban space in the central plaza, giving a sense of openness.
