As a Principal Architect & Urban Designer, Ravi Kadam is also the founder of Integrid Design Consultants based in Pune. He has designed projects ranging from private residences to hospitals, institutional architecture, low density layouts besides developing the master plans for integrated townships, notably one of the most awarded projects - Amanora Park Town at Hadapsar, Pune. His work involves deeper understanding and engagements of varying scales from interiors, architecture to urban design.
He studied architecture at BKPS Pune, followed by Graduation with a Master’s Degree in Urban Design from SPA, Delhi (1989). During his time in Delhi, he worked with Stein Doshi Bhalla Associates on the India Habitat Center. In the initial years, Ravi was also involved in teaching for under graduate students.
He is known to solve complex issues with ease. His design approach is highly creative and nurtures contextual response with well composed spatial relationships.
Tanaya is an Architect & Urban Designer at Integrid Design. She believes in bridging design, landscape and community needs to her design work, and implicating strategies for urban development & resilience.
Earning a Master of Architecture & Urban Design from the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation at Columbia University, New York (2019). She also holds a Bachelor of Architecture from PVP College of Architecture, Pune (2016). Prior to her masters, at Integrid she worked on varying scales from affordable housing township, institutions and private residences.
Abhishek graduated from Vidya Pratishthan’s School of Architecture, Baramati in 2018 and joined Integrid Design as a Junior Architect in 2019. Currently, he’s working on private residential projects along with a housing and hostel project based out of Pune.
Akash completed Bachelors degree from D.Y.Patil College of Architecture in 2016. Since then he has been with Integrid, managing various aspects of design and execution from small residential projects to large scale IT parks and Commercial buildings.
Aniket completed his bachelor’s degree in architecture from VIT’S PVP College of Architecture, Pune in 2018. Before joining Integrid as junior architect he worked in Bangalore. He handles projects of various scales and has a keen interest in architectural detailing and design conceptualization.
Asawari has over 6 years of experience in Urban Design and Master Planning. Imaginative and innovative in concept, meticulous in design development and communication, she is involved from start to finish in the design process. Leading large scale design teams in the delivery of mixed use townships and urban development projects. She remains passionate about critical and contemporary thinking, it reflects in her energetic approach to design. Asawari previously worked on public domain works with Prasanna Desai Architects, Pune. She holds a Masters in Urban Design from CEPT University, Ahmedabad & Bachelors in Architecture from PVP College of Architecture, Pune.
Graduated from Bharati Vidyapeeth college of architecture, Pune. Ashmita joined Integrid Design Consultants pvt. Ltd. as a junior Architect in 2017. She has worked on diverse projects ranging from individual houses, hospitals along with commercial. Having attained an amalgamated portfolio, she is now working on healthcare projects.
He started practicing from this office since June2018. He holds a Bachelor degree from Dr. D. Y. Patil School of Architecture. Being part of several important projects in the company such as high end private houses, heritage restoration, Thematic Sustainable community.
He joined this office as an architect immediately after Graduation from BKPS college of architecture in 2018 with having a keen interest in working for various scaled projects he is currently working for townships and large scale developments. He believes in site specific architecture and tries to evolve and conceptualize his designs through the process of critical understandings of necessities of the site.
Geetanjali has been with Integrid for over 11 years now managing the finance function like a well-oiled machinery. She manages the cash flow and oversees payment processes as per organizational policies and procedures. She is also responsible for financial record-keeping and reporting, preparing budgets and managing expenditures.
Khushboo graduated from Sinhgad College of Architecture and has been practicing architecture for more than 6 years. She started her career working on the design & execution of a temple complex as an intern at Narendra Dengle & Associates. After gaining sufficient experience in architecture and interiors for 3 years, she joined Integrid as Senior Architect. Currently, she is working on various residential and township development projects.
Pournima has graduated from Government College, Karad as a Civil Engineer. With over 12 years of experience handling small and large scale projects, Pournima has been looking after the liasoning work for plotted layout and township projects at Integrid. She was also involved in a few bungalow projects managing the entire process from design to completion. Currently she’s handling the Amanora Park Town and township project of Autoline industries along with plotted layouts at various locations.
After completing her Masters Degree in Urban Planning from The School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi and Bachelors in architecture from Dr. B.N College of Architecture, Pune, Pradnya has over 9 years of work experience in Urban and Master Planning . She is involved from design development to execution of large scale master planning projects varying from special township developments, low rise developments, group housing etc at Integrid.
After his Bachelor’s from Sinhgad College of Architecture he worked in Mumbai before joining Integrid in June 2017. He has worked through different stages of projects like Township, Hospitals, Private residences and Residential apartments.
He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Shivaji University kolhapur (2010). Rahul is an integral part of Integrid design firm, and carries out the role of Architectural Design Development, together with associated interior design work for the company. In between he was a part of an international architectural firm from south africa, Bentel Associates, India branch located in Mumbai. He has over 9.5 years experience in commercial design and project implementation, with a specific focus on private residences, hospitals and mixed-use projects, having worked on numerous of these projects in India.
Riya completed her bachelor’s degree in architecture from VIT’S PVP College of Architecture, Pune in 2017. She handles projects of various scales and is part of designing residential apartment & bungalows and commercial projects. She believes in applying creativity to design which makes it appealing, interesting yet keeping it functional while sticking to her focus on delivering superior quality solutions.
Rupali is an Interior Designer who graduated from Sinhgad College Of Interior Design & Decoration, Pune in 2007. With over 12 years of experience in this field, Rupali has been with Integrid Design since 2014 where she’s handled various projects like residential, hospital on a complete turn-key basis. Designing, execution with coordination, interacting with clients on various scales etc are just some of the skill-sets that Rupali brings to her work at Integrid.
Sadhna has been heading the administration department at Integrid over the last 14 years. She is responsible for whole gamut of administrative areas ranging from policy compliance by employees to vendor management, contract administration, inventory management, security and safety of assets as well as the well-being of the staff.
From the time she joined in 2015, Supriya has been responsible for the design & development of hospital & medical institution projects at Integrid. She started working on commercial & healthcare projects post her graduation from M.M. College of Architecture, Pune. With 2 years of experience under her belt, Supriya joined Integrid Designs as a Senior Project Architect. She has now over 6 years’ of experience with a robust portfolio as a specialist in architecture design for the Healthcare sector and handling the coordination across various healthcare projects of various scales & scopes.
Since his association with Integrid from 2017, Vignesh has been involved primarily with commercial projects in the real estate hotspots of the Pune city like Baner and Hinjewadi. He has keen eye towards innovative space design and he believes in the principle of creating contextual designs. Vignesh has a bachelor's degree in Architecture from Sinhgad College of Architecture, Pune University. Prior to joing Integrid, Vignesh has experience of handling high-end residences & interior design projects.
