CIIGMA hospital is a 100 bedded hospital ispread over a plot area of 1800 sq.mtrs. The onstruction of the hospital was completed in record 18 months and Integrid played a vital role through co-ordinated services like structure & MEP thereby simplifying the building services.
The development involved building 4 different Intensive Care Units and CCU with ventilators and monitors having total 33 beds. 6 different Operation Theatres with HEPA filters. Separate General Wards, Semi Private rooms, Private rooms and Deluxe rooms, Provision of dumb elevator to transport services.
The Building architecture is designed in scale & proportion with respecting the surroundings. The building stand subdued as a natural background rather than overpowering them. The three zones (public/critical/private) are inter-connected to be perceived as a one united building.
A rectangular form is selected as per site conditions, for simple & better functionality of hospital.
The departments are placed in such a way that they
function efficiently along the vertical axis as well.
3 separate entries - Emergency entry, main entry, parking entry. Separate core area dedicated to public & staff. Emergency department easily accessed from the road with separate entry & exits. Easily accessible & dedicated medical store. All clinical areas are designed at external side to get good light & ventilation.
