An urban living space at the outskirts designed against the
backdrop of an upcoming industrial city
Aditi Homes is a development spread over 25 acres of land along the National Highway 4. A thought of building healthy community living with sustainable principles.
The development forms a small urban village arising in between newly developing industrial estates with a unique identity and sense of community living.
Response
Careful consideration of natural eco-system and plant materials is a key approach of landscape design. Local indigenous materials are used in design with basalt rock to form landscape walls and retaining features.
Existing stream shall eventually become nala and act as a microclimate and respite area for birds and other fauna.

The Master Plan has been designed to sensitively address the landscape setting, take advantage of the outstanding site characteristics, and proximity to major cities located on NH4.
