Designing a vibrant mixed - use community space.

We took a visionary and practical approach to the master planning of Gulbakshi Township to help us achieve its full development potential. We combined it with studies and analysis of the policy, planning and physical issues grounded in a practical understanding of financial, cost and phasing implications.

Gulbakshi Township master plan went beyond the development of new cities to create a vibrant mixed use community space incorporating retail, leisure, office space and residential buildings, and high quality public spaces.

The concept is to provide a unique residential community that will be robust and enduring, whilst providing a luxurious living environment. The development takes advantage of the site location to capitalize on the stunning views, abundant fresh air and proximity to Pune city center.

In the low-rise development on the central ridge the road system enters into a basement with direct access to lobbies. This removes vehicles from the space between the buildings and allows a fully pedestrianized zone in which the building facilities and amenities can be located.
